The ETS 4000 is an electronic temperature transmitter which, because of its robust design, is used in particular for temperature measurement in hydraulic applications in industry. With the temperature sensor, based on a PT 100 and corresponding evaluation electronics, temperatures ranging from -25°C to +100°C can be measured. As a standard, the analogue output signals from 4 ... 20 mA and 0 ... 10V are available for integration in modern control systems. With a pressure resistance of up to 600 bar and excellent EMC properties, the ETS 4000 is ideally suited for utilisation, even in rough environments. The electronic temperature transmitter ETS 4548-H with HSI sensor detection was specially developed for use in conjunction with the HYDAC measurement devices HMG 500, HMG 510, HMG 3000 and CMU 1000. For data transmission purposes, the ETS 4548-H is equipped with an HSI interface (HYDAC Sensor Interface). Thanks to this, the HSI sensor is recognised compley automatically by the HYDAC measurement devices listed above and all necessary basic device settings are then immediay undertaken automatically. The variant with pressure-proof capsulation and 3-way approval in accordance with ATEX, CSA and IECEx enables universal, world-wide utilisation of the devices in explosion-hazard surroundings.
